reConstructive Conflict Series: Many Plum Village practitioners, including monastics, recognize the need to address differences in our mahasangha’s perspectives, especially related to mass violence and suffering. Unfortunately, due to our cultural conditionings, many of us have the habit energies of either suppressing ourselves for the sake of a false harmony or saying whatever comes to mind, even if it breaks the sangha. Conflict engagement skills are essential to find a middle path and a harmony of views. This series is an opportunity to build these much needed skills and community, to address conflicts, and to transform the situation so that violence decreases and has the potential to stop one day. Join a conflict mediator and experienced teacher of these skills for this deeply engaging 8 week journey! We ask friends fill this form to express interest by April 20th, so full registration can be completed in time. The workshop series would begin on May 11th.
